1.General Bonus Terms & Conditions

1.5. We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version takes priority.
1.6. Offers are limited to one offer per Player (one offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method).
Ruby Vegas Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being a duplicate. The original deposit made by the Player if applicable will not be confiscated and only the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus will be confiscated.
1.7. Unless otherwise stated, active Bonus must be wagered within 7 days of issue, otherwise both bonus funds & winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

If a bonus is active the wagering must be completed, or the bonus must be zeroed out, in order for a withdrawal to be made. 1.11. If you wish to make a withdrawal before meeting the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit your bonus winnings accrued, your bonus amount, and opt out of the promotion.
1.12. Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once they have been converted into real money.
1.13. When playing an active bonus, your funds will be used in the following order: Funds required to trigger the bonus, Bonus funds and Any remaining funds.

1.33 There is a maximum amount of money won with the claim of any given promotional bonus/free spin campaign unless otherwise stated that can be withdrawn. This amount equals ten (x10) times the original deposit made to claim the bonus. Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account. All winnings up to 10,000€ (or equivalent in other currency), Ruby Vegas reserves the right to split the withdrawal on weekly payments.
